When we were One,
We had just begun.
When we were Two,
We were starting to grew.
When we were Three
There was more to see.
When we were Four,
We had queer zines galore
When we were Five, we were fully alive.
But now we are Six, we're clever as clever,
We hope Queer Zines live for ever and ever.

On November 3rd, 2009, QZAP will be celebrating our 6th anniversary. To celebrate, we'll be attending the Milwaukee Zine Fest on November 14th in our home town. We'll be tabling with zines, stickers, buttons, and our infamous "Zinesters Do It On The Photocopier" t-shirts.
As always, we have many, many people to thank for getting us to this point. Our hackers, interns, and collective members are the tip of the iceberg. Zine makers of years past, current zinesters, and all the fans of zines who recognize the importance of truly independent presses. Librarians, academics, and open source software developers deserve thanks, too. Without all of you, QZAP would not be what it is today.
Thanks again for supporting the Queer Zine Archive Project. The next year should be brilliant.
Love,
QZAP
